  We loved our stay in this quiet, cozy home. It was the perfect size for our party of 9 with room to spare! Sunsets out over the river were breathtaking and the neighborhood was perfect for walks. The whole family- 10 to 80 loved it!

  We loved waking up to the views of the marsh. Centrally located to nearby grocery stores and down town St Mary’s. 45 min to Fernandina and just over an hour to St Augustine. I feel like if we had brought a boat, there was plenty of room to park it. We had 3 adults and 5 kids ranging from 9-14 and everyone had their own bed with some to spare. Only issue we had was finding the entry code box. Took a while to figure out the front door was unlocked and the code was on the real front door. But other than that a great experience. The kids want to stay there every time we come down.
